Why is Waiters on Wheels changing to Grubhub for Work?

Waiters on Wheels has joined the Grubhub family! Starting February 27th, you'll still have access to the same great products, features and services you enjoyed on Waiters on Wheels, but things may look a little different. It's important to us that you experience a smooth transition, so if you have any questions or concerns, please contact us.

Will my account login change?

Your account login, order history, and any Corporate Account settings will remain exactly the same.

Will I be able to see my order history?

Your current order history and past receipts will be available on Grubhub for Work and can be accessed on your account page.

What will happen to my rewards points?

All your rewards points will transfer over with no interruption of accrual.

What happens to my Cafeteria ordering link?

Your old link will simply redirect to the new URL and you'll also receive a new Cafeteria link via email.

I have a Corporate Account. What happens with my account settings like users and budgets?

All of your Corporate Account settings (including Users, Budgets, Order History, Invoices and Reporting) will remain exactly the same.

Where do I send payment for my Corporate Account invoice?

Pay Grubhub for Work directly at 27432 Aliso Creek Rd., Suite 200, Aliso Viejo, CA 92656.

What happens to the credits on my account?

All existing credits will be honored on Grubhub for Work and you'll see them reflected at checkout.

Can I use my Waiters on Wheels Gift Card on Grubhub for Work?

All Waiters on Wheels Gift Cards will be honored and can be applied at checkout.

Waiters on Wheels FAQ

When are you open?

Delivery Hours are from 11:00am – 10:00pm. Customer Service Hours are available from 8:30am - 10pm Monday through Friday, and 10:30am - 10:00pm on Saturday and Sunday.

Is there a delivery fee or minimum order?

There is a $5.99 delivery fee included in your order. Food minimums are typically $20 but higher minimums may be required for restaurants outside the normal delivery area. This minimum is based on food total and does not include the delivery fee, convenience fee or gratuity. A minimum 10% gratuity is required for your delivery driver for orders over $100.

Do I have to tip the driver?

Tips are generally not included and are very much appreciated. We suggest a gratuity comparable to what you would tip when dining at a restaurant. All orders over $100 include a minimum 10% gratuity.

How long does it take for delivery?

Most deliveries are completed within an hour. Delivery times are listed next to each restaurant and can be dependent upon the size of the order, distance of the restaurant from your location, and their current volume of business.

Are special requests accepted?

Yes. When choosing a menu item, you will see a link for "Special Instructions" Click on the link and type in your special request (i.e. no onions, prepare extra well done, etc.).

Do you offer catering menus?

Yes. Almost most restaurants offer a catering menu, which will be listed below their regular menu. Restaurants can also place multiple orders of individual items into trays for large parties.

How can I get a copy of my receipt?

The "My Account" section of our website contains receipts of your past orders.
If a specific kind of invoice or receipt is needed, please contact our customer service team and we'll be more than happy to assist.

Do you offer corporate accounts?

Yes. We offer Corporate Select accounts for businesses. Corporate Select is the most comprehensive and flexible way for you to manage meal expenses for your employees.

How can I check the status of my order?

Order Tracker is a live map of where your driver and food are. You can access the Order Tracker from your Accounts page, or you can follow the "Track Order" link from your order confirmation screen. You can also contact our customer service team to get the status of your delivery via phone or live chat.

Can I request an item if I don't see it on the menu?

Yes. Give us a call and we'd be happy to reach out to a restaurant on your behalf. However, some items may not be available for delivery due to limited availability or because they do not travel well.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and Waiters On Wheels Gift Cards. We can also bill your Corporate Select account if your company is enrolled.

Can I make special requests on catering items?

Yes. When choosing a menu item, you will see a link for "Special Instructions". Click on the link and type in your special request (i.e. please include serving utensils.).

Can multiple people order and pay with different payment methods?

Yes. Open Order is a shareable link within your order that can be sent to an unlimited number of friends or co-workers to contribute to the same order. Each person can pay individually or one person can pay for the whole order.
